1-Successive Garden:
The three Successive planting schedule that provide a crop to harvest throughout the growing season in my first garden named as Successive garden are
1-Spring: cabbage Summer: potatoes Fall: Beet
2-Spring: broccoli Summer: cucumber Fall: Spinach
3-Spring: kalie Summer: squash Fall: Broccoli (purple sprouting)
2-Beneficial Habitat Garden:The Four beneficial habitat or food sources for insects that would benefit the successive plantings are Buckwheat, Margold, Catrip, and Levender.
Buckwheat: Buckwheat has some insects like lady bugs and hoverflies which are beneficial for cucumber plant and help protect cucumbers from Cucumber beetle by killing them.
Margold: Margoid has some insects like lady bugs, parasitic mini wasp and hoverflies which are beneficial for cabbage plant and help protect Cabbage from cabbage worm by killing them.
Catrip: Catrip is the habitat for some insects or pests like lady bugs which are beneficial for squash plant and help Catrip from Cucumber beetle by killing them.
LEVENDER: Levender is the habitat for some insects or pests like hoverflies and parasitic mini wasp which are beneficial for Spinach plant and help Levender from cattapillars.
3-Fruit garden: The four different fruits which are in my garden are as follows
Blueberry , Cranberry, orange , raspberry
The pests to be looking out for each fruit are as follows
Blueberry:
The pests which is dangerous for blueberry and which eat blueberry are:
1-Cherry fruit worm: They lays their egg on both of the fruit and foliage of blueberry plants.
2-Soft berries: Blueberry maggots can cause blueberries to become soft.
3-Blueberry leaf beetles :They indirectly effect blueberry plant.
4-Azalea Caterpillar: They completely defoliate the plant.
